Welcome to Polymer80 Glock 19, a Tampa, FL-based retailer founded by Jake Morrison, a certified firearms instructor with over 15 years of industry experience. By accessing our website and services, you agree to the following binding terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States.

Eligibility & Legal Compliance

All firearm-related transactions are strictly conditioned upon compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase any firearm or frame from our inventory. By proceeding, you represent and warrant that you are legally eligible to purchase and possess firearms under federal and Florida law. We expressly prohibit sales to any person who is:

  • Under indictment or convicted of a felony.
  • A fugitive from justice.
  • An unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance.
  • Adjudicated as a mental defective or committed to a mental institution.
  • Subject to a restraining order, or has been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
  • Otherwise prohibited by law as defined by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and Florida Statute.

All firearms must be transferred through a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder of your choice in your state. We facilitate shipping only to your selected, valid FFL.

Payment & Orders

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other designated payment methods. Your order is an offer to purchase, which we accept only upon shipment. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to inventory errors, failed age verification, or suspected non-compliance with these terms.

Intellectual Property

The Polymer80 Glock 19 name, logo, website content, product designs, and all related materials are the exclusive intellectual property of our company and Jake Morrison. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access our site for personal, non-commercial use. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polymer80 Glock 19, its founder Jake Morrison, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. We make no warranties, express or implied, beyond those explicitly stated in a product’s manufacturer warranty. You are solely responsible for the lawful and safe handling, use, and storage of any product purchased.
