  • Return Window: We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: All items must be returned in new, unused, and unfired condition with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Authorization Required: You must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending anything back. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
  • Restocking Fee: Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: We happily process exchanges for a different item at no additional charge (excluding shipping).
  • Defective Items: If you receive a product with a manufacturer’s defect, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us immediately.
